Individual Therapy is focused on you the individual. Our therapist can help you face mental health, substance use, and behavioral issues. One-on-One therapy can also help you through emotional pressures such as trauma, anxiety, loss, depression, conflict, grief, seeking guidance and more. 

Part of the process includes developing therapeutic goals to change and improve your quality of life. Counseling, simply helps you receive structured support in a safe and collaborative environment. Some positive outcomes you might expect on your journey are improved well-being, increases in positive feelings, increased compassion, elevated self-esteem, empowerment, and greater self-worth.

According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health in 2017, 1 out of every 8 adults struggled with both alcohol and drug use disorders simultaneously.
